At letsattractwealth.com, we interview individuals who have achieved a level of financial success in their lives. Our intention is to gain a little insight into what makes these people tick, so that we can all learn how to attract even more wealth into our lives.

Here is our exclusive interview with Jeff Baietto, a successful Real Estate Entrepreneur.

1 – Have you always been a person who attracts wealth? If yes, why do you think that is, and if no, what happened or changed in your life to bring it about?

No. But I remember distinctly when I was going through my rebellious teen years, I was given a set of tapes on the power of positive thinking. I remember thinking it was my parents who needed the tapes not me, but I listened to them and I got hooked. From there I read and listened to every program I could get my hands on that had to do with attitude, success, and creating wealth. As my goals started to manifest I was sure that it was just a fluke or a coincidence, I mean, the way a few of them happened literally had to be chance. Little by little, I realized as Einstein so eloquently put it, “God doesn’t play dice!” What was happening in my life was in direct proportion to the level that I applied the principles that I was learning about.

2 – At letsattractwealth.com we consistently refer to something called “Wealth Consciousness” as the key to attracting wealth. What do you think “Wealth Consciousness” is?

Consciousness, to me, is an awareness of one’s thought, feelings, and emotions around wealth. Our consciousness in any area of our life determines the experiences that we are going to have in those areas. As many teachers have said, “Outer experience is merely a reflection of one’s inner reality.”  So if one wants to change one’s outer experience in a lasting way, one must first change his inner consciousness around the subject. As Earl Nightingale stated in “The Strangest Secret,” after a 25 year study of the most successful people that have ever lived, he boiled down the secret of success to one sentence, “WE BECOME WHAT WE THINK ABOUT!”

3 – Is there a method that you would recommend to develop “Wealth Consciousness?”

We are basically creatures of habit who typically are averse to change. So the first thing is that you must DESIRE to change. But desire is not enough, one must do something differently if we want different results. We’ve all heard the definition of insanity, “doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.”

In my experience, we need to reprogram the thoughts, beliefs, feelings, and emotions we have around wealth so that they are in alignment with what we desire to be. In my case it is to have an abundance of financial resources so that I am free to follow my heart’s desires and to help as many other people as possible live the life of their dreams.

As far as methods, that are a zillion books and seminars on wealth, and many of them are fantastic. So the information is readily available, my only suggestion is to remember that you don’t have to change everything overnight. If you commit to making small consistent changes in the direction you desire to go, you will be amazed at how quickly the universe aligns to support your commitment.

4 – What is/are your earliest memory of money, and how does that affect your financial life now?

I remember from early on not wanting to be dependent on anyone else for it [money], especially my parents because we seemed to differ on what was important enough for me to spend their money on.

5 – What do you consider “financial freedom,” and have you achieved that?

Financial independence to me is having enough passive income coming in to cover all of my expenses, meaning that if I work it is by choice and by desire, not need, and that is great freedom.

6 – Who or what most influenced your thinking about Money, Wealth, and Abundance?

There have been many people and lots of books and programs that have influenced me, but my father has been the greatest influence by far. He taught me from a very early age the value of money and the importance of saving and investing, how to live within my means, and the most important lesson of all was that money is not the most important element when it comes to being wealthy!

7 – Do you have any general “advice” to offer to our letsattractwealth.com students?

Dreams are not meant to tease you and make you feel bad for what you cannot have. On the contrary your dreams are your own higher visions of yourself. And we simply could not have them if we also did not have within us the potential to bring them into physical reality. Let your heart be your guide, trust yourself even if the crowd is doing something different. We are all unique divine souls with gifts to share. This is our only real mission here, to become more of who we really are!

Peace and Blessings

Thanks Jeff!

Here's another recent interview with Brian Whetten, Ph.D., M.A., a Life and Executive Coach and founder of Core Coaching. We asked Brian our Seven Questions.

1 – Have you always been a person who attracts wealth? If yes, why do you think that is, and if no, what happened or changed in your life to bring it about?

I haven't always felt like someone who attract wealth, but my parents and friends have always thought so.

Keys to this consciousness:
- Value - I have prioritized money highly, as a means to an ends.
- Focus - A gift for laser-like focus on achieving a specific goal, often over a 10-year time frame
- Risk taking - I embraced the paradox that the more short term risks we take, the LOWER our long term risk is (for example, think IRA investment allocation)

2 – At letsattractwealth.com we consistently refer to something called “Wealth Consciousness” as the key to attracting wealth. What do you think “Wealth Consciousness” is?

Having a "clean" relationship with money.  Full involvement in efforts to generate it, without either deep attachment or aversion to success.
- See above, as well

3 – Is there a method that you would recommend to develop “Wealth Consciousness?”

- Focus on both the spiritual AND the physical aspects.  Most people neglect one or the other, and they need to be balanced.

- Focus on the core essence/values of what you want, and be open to the form in which it shows up

- Surround yourself with resources that are bigger/more powerful than your fears/blocks/limitations

4 – What is/are your earliest memory of money, and how does that affect your financial life now?

Money was very important in our family, and we had a very strong work ethic - "If its tough, give it to a Whetten."  I remember selling seeds door to door when I was 8 or 9, winning a $100 prize in a bike-a-thon in 5th grade, having my Dad offer to buy 1/2 of my first 10-speed bike and encouraging me to earn the rest, and I remember my parents waking up early every weekend from when I got the kids our paper route when I was 12, to help us fold them and make sure we got them out on time.  Their time was worth SO much more money than we were making for our two-bit paper route, but the self-determination they were instilling in us was worth more than gold - to them, and to me.

Now I have a very strong sense of financial assurance, confidence, and self-reliance.  I'm willing to work hard, and do whatever it takes to reach my goals.

5 – What do you consider “financial freedom,” and have you achieved that?

Being able to do what I want without worrying about money.

Yes.

6 – Who or what most influenced your thinking about Money, Wealth, and Abundance?

My parents, particularly my father.

7 – Do you have any general “advice” to offer to our letsattractwealth.com students?

Instead of focusing on "get rich quick" and things that sound too good to be true, focus on "get rich slow and steady" while also being willing to take lots of risks.

Strive to find a career which can help you get rich - but which you aren't doing just for the money. Follow your bliss - while also finding ways to make your bliss pay.

Thanks, Brian!

Tool:

How does looking at these images of money make you FEEL?

Excited? Happy? Sad? Empty? Uncomfortable? Greedy? Sinful?

The way that you FEEL about money is the key to your ability to CHANGE and HEAL your wealth consciousness. When you align money with JOYFUL feelings, you will attract more money into your life.

It will help you to think of any uncomfortable, or "negative" emotions around money as "gifts." They can point you in the direction of resolving the issues that have previously prevented you from attracting money into your life.

*** You will notice that we use many images of MONEY on our site. Our minds use IMAGES to attract things into our lives. Look at images of money. Put them on your desktop. Print them out. Look at them before you go to sleep. Look at IMAGES of MONEY first thing in the morning. Put yourself in ATTRACTION mode.
